Urban Parents Club (“UPC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) occasionally ships physical goods such as event kits, printed materials, or merchandise as part of select events or campaigns. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated timelines, and limitations of responsibility. By using our Platform and accepting delivery of any goods, you agree to this policy in full.
1. Order Processing Timeline

Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise.

Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, public holidays, or logistical disruptions.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next working day.
UPC shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, courier partner limitations, strikes, inventory issues, or unforeseen interruptions.
2. Shipping Duration and Coverage
All items are shipped from our distribution partner(s) to Indian addresses only. Estimated shipping times:
Region Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities 3–8 business days
Tier-2/3 Cities 5–15 business days
Remote/Rural Areas 10–25 business days
These are estimated ranges only and not guaranteed delivery periods. UPC does not guarantee arrival within any specific time frame.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.

For some promotions or event-linked kits, standard shipping may be included.

In cases of delivery failure due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, reshipping costs will be borne by the user.
4. Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address

Ensure availability to receive the package at the provided address Track the shipment using the provided courier information
UPC is not liable for lost, delayed, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
5. Courier Handling and Transfer of Risk

All orders are fulfilled through independent third-party courier services.

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon dispatch from UPC or its partners.

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier, UPC assumes no further responsibility, regardless of who physically received the package. If a parcel is received in visibly damaged condition, the user must report it within 48 hours of receipt to support@urbanparents.club, along with photographic evidence.
6. International Shipping
Currently, UPC does not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to valid Indian addresses. Orders placed with international addresses will be automatically cancelled or refunded, subject to UPC discretion.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
In the event of non-delivery within 25 business days:

Users must contact support@urbanparents.club with the order ID.

UPC will coordinate with the courier to determine the delivery status.

Any replacement, re-shipment, or refund (if applicable) will be considered only at the sole discretion of UPC, based on courier status and internal investigation.
UPC is not liable for consequential damages, missed deadlines, or losses caused by shipping delays.
8. Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law: UPC, its directors, founders, promoters, employees, partners, affiliates, agents, vendors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

Delays in delivery

Damage during shipment

Errors in shipping address provided by the user

Delivery to third parties at the user’s location (e.g., security guard, receptionist)

Failure to receive or open the package in a timely manner
All delivery timelines are estimates, not commitments.
9. No Refunds for Delivery Related Issues

Refunds shall not be issued for: Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Failure to collect from courier access points

Delayed deliveries caused by events outside UPC's control

Change of mind or order cancellation requests after shipment
If a refund is issued for any shipping-related reason, it will be entirely at UPC’s discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
